Are you willing to let go of old thought patterns? Are you willing to program the mind to attract the life that you want? If the answers is yes then you already understand that you hold the key to all possibilities. Once you awakened you realize that you are creating your reality through the energy of your consciousness, with your whole being. The question is how do we come to a point in our life that we are able to reprogram/program our minds? Here are 3 ways that can help you to reprogram your subconscious mind:
Did you know that fear causes 90% of the illness on this planet? And that it’s all coming from the perceptions of your own mind. Kind of scary right? It really makes you want to to take care of your own thoughts. When we are fully present in this very moment our conscious mind is at work. But as soon as our monkey mind is at work our subconscious programs kick in. So what are the differences between these main aspects of the mind?
Subconscious mind: We develop our subconscious mind programs during the first seven years of our lives. These patterns and belief systems are shaped by how we experience our lives and how we see our parents for example. Later on in life, we are creating new patterns but the most important ones are set when we are young.
Conscious mind: In Freud’s psychoanalytic theory, the conscious mind includes everything that inside of awareness. You are fully focused in the present moment.

“Right behind your forehead is the pre-frontal cortex – the centre of consciousness. Your identity versus anyone else’s identity. This is your conscious mind. The other 90% of the brain was there before the conscious part evolved, that’s the subconscious. In the subconscious, things happen below your awareness, below (or “sub”) consciousness.”
Reprogram your subconscious mind
Science suggests we are running our default programs about 95% of our waking life. Some of these programs may be positive, helpful and empowering. While psychologists believe that the majority of these programs are limiting and self-sabotaging. So how do we upgrade our own programs to positive patterns?
Here are 4 ways that can help out:
The Bible said: “In the beginning was the Word.” This makes so much sense once you realize that words hold power. Everything that comes out of your mouth carries a certain vibration. Use powerful affirmations to practice new thoughts and actions and repeat this during the day. Make sure you feel the affirmation with your whole being. The power lays all in your own hands and you really got to believe in yourself. You are capable of transcending self-imposed limitations.
You are worthy of the life you are dreaming of
Meditation teaches us to master the mind. It teaches us that our mind is a tool. You are not your thoughts and emotions. So many times we battle our own minds but to master yourself is to master the mind. Become friends with the mind and let it work for you. As you become more aware of the Spirit behind the thoughts.You begin to see patterns that will lead you to a journey of self-discovery. You start asking yourself how you built your own belief system and how it affects you. When you program your own mind. A lot of endless possibilities will open up. Be the observer.
Your subconscious mind thinks in images and feelings. Which brings us to the next step: visualization. Visualize your goals with images that trigger you in the most physical way possible. What makes you jump for joy? Make visual boards and hang there somewhere you can see it everyday. Make your dreams visual.
Practicing gratitude is the right attitude. Research has shown that practicing gratitude regularly makes your brain healthier and happier. It puts us in this very present moment when we open up our hearts to the feeling of gratitude. If you have gratitude for all of the good things in your world, you set your mind up to accept more good things. It’s like a positive energy that you send out, which brings more positive energy back to you.
