Maybe it’s not so much about what you want to belief about yourself. Maybe it’s more about all of the false beliefs that are holding you back from stepping into a greater, more authentic version of you. When there is Soulful clarity on what is authentic and honors our heartfelt values, there is commitment and choice to re-direct or direct our energy with purpose and care. And we become aware of what we consciously send out our energy to. And what kind of thoughts are serving our wellbeing.
The development of false beliefs

Whenever we start to see other then our false beliefs and experience the contrary. We can get a hold onto new beliefs that we want to implement. And work through the false beliefs that keep us feeling limited and small.
Why is it important to get clarity on your false beliefs? And do some self-inquiry work to get to the core of the limitations? Because any of our beliefs turn into self-fulfilling prophecies. What you believe in influences the way you percieve life. How you feel about yourself and how you behave.
Getting real and raw with yourself
What is hindering your personal growth? Ask yourself some pretty honest and raw ‘why’ questions. Are there any areas in your life where you feel like you have been playing small or have been limiting yourself? The first step starts with acknowledgment and recognizing from a place of self-acceptance.
Intuitive writing: Getting to the root core
Journal your heart out to get to the core of these self-limiting beliefs. Journalling helps us to understand more about our subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where all of our memories and belief systems are stored.
For example: Set up a space where you get less distracted by your environment. Take a couple of breaths to center yourself and feel calm. Get a pen and journalling book and write down some honest why questions to unravel the root cause of your limiting beliefs. Write without any judgements. Leave your wright or wrongs, so that you will uncover your own untruth and truth.
A new way of being
Now it’s time to get clear on what kind of beliefs you want to take a stance for. What kind of empowering beliefs would you like to make clear for yourself. Write them down in AM statements. And look into them on regularly for self-inquiry and empowerment.
“I am a powerful co-creater with the Universe and I make my dreams come true.”
“I am confident in accomplishing my goals.”
“I trust that my life is unfolding in the most magnificent way. I have trust in the future.”
Think in possibilities – The power to choose
What if life truly worked in your favor? And every circumstance that revealed itself to you is here to help your grow. This mindset helps us to tune into the bigger picture of life’s events. And to reframe any circumstance that we might have perceived negative in the past. This will enable our own power to choose how we want to react to life, especially when the going get’s though.
“When we are able to break free from the imprisonment of our little, small self-thinking and dare to face the essence of life, we recognize we are never at home with ourselves. We are always on the road. By challenging the unknown and the unidentified we are capable of opening our skyline. (“Transcendental journey”)”
